1515 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 1515 platform. Continued use of the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1515 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1515 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and any details needed for identity verification. Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of these terms.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1515 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is considered your own action unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.

User Responsibilities

Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or exploit the platform's technical systems
Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate gameplay
Do not share your account with anyone else
Comply with all applicable betting limits and bonus terms

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

Currency & Deposit Methods

All transactions on the 1515 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX via major Malaysian banks, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

Before your first withdrawal request is approved, your account must go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which requires you to submit a copy of your identity card or a valid identity document. This process is in place to prevent fraud and safeguard your funds. 1515 reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Processing Timeframes

Deposits are usually credited within minutes depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated working hours. 1515 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

Non-Transferable Funds

Funds in your 1515 account cannot be transferred to another user's account. All withdrawals must be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to the conditions set out.

Account Suspension, Termination & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

1515 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, system manipulation, attempts to exploit technical errors, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In confirmed suspension cases, any valid remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is complete, in accordance with our internal procedures.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 1515 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

Changes to These Terms

1515 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 1515 platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under applicable law.
